Cindy Jackson is Sales Director at the Suddenlink Tyler, Texas contact center. In this role she oversees the sales and retention lines for 3 Suddenlink regions, and E-commerce and I-Care for the entire Suddenlink enterprise.
Cindy started her career in the cable business in 2001 with Classic Cable as a customer service representative. In that same year she became a customer service supervisor overseeing the sales team.
In the spring of 2004, Cindy became a Customer Care Manager under newly named Cebridge Connections at the Tyler, Texas Contact Center.
In 2006, she became Director of Sales and Retention under Suddenlink Communications and more recently added E-commerce and I-care to her lines of responsibility.
Cindy is known as an innovator who is incredibly focused on ensuring that the customer and employee experience is nothing less than exceptional. She not only drives performance in her sales role but has made it her mission to drive higher satisfaction for her team.
Cindy is married to Curtis Jackson, Central Marketing Manager for Suddenlink Communications. Cindy and Curtis have a 2 year old daughter, two elementary age boys, and two young adults at home, along with three English Mastiffs and a cat.
