Dana Cox is Vice President Order Operations, for Spectrum Enterprise with national responsibility for Enterprise Order Fulfillment as well as Order Management/Program Management for Spectrum Enterprise Strategic Clients with primary focus of managing timely delivery of fiber-based technology solutions and consistent client experience delivering over $15M in installed revenue yearly.
Dana joined Time Warner Cable in 2009 as Director, Service Delivery to assist in the launch of Go It Alone initiative (GIA) moving Time Warner Cable to CLEC status in the industry saving $500M in operating costs. In 2011, she assumed responsible for Reporting and Metrics team providing metrics to drive continuous improvements as well as Complex Order Management team accountable for implementation of voice services. Following the acquisition by Charter in 2016, she added the Strategic Order Management & Program Management to her organization.
Before joining Time Warner Cable, Dana served in various roles in Program Management, Sales, Performance Management and Organizational Design within telecommunications and education industry with over 15 years of experience.
Dana serves as mentor for Spectrum Enterprise WLDI mentorship program, and also mentors informally. Dana is a member of the Carolina Chapter of Women in Cable & Telecommunications (WICT) and completed the WICT Rising Leaders program in 2011.
