Diana Hicks is a Director, Integrated Marketing Communications at Comcast. Since joining the team in 2012, she has led a variety of brand advertising campaigns, spearheading the communications strategy for customer experience and the TV line of business. Most recently, Diana took on a new role, leading the competitive efforts for the XFINITY brand.
Diana began her career in New York City at TBWAChiatDay in account management supporting the Mars Candy business. From there, she spent 5 years at Bartle Bogle Hegarty, broadening her experience across a variety of clients ranging from British Airways to Unilever, PepsiCo, Diageo and Ally Bank, focusing on brand strategy and account management.
Diana moved to Philadelphia in 2010, and spent 2 years at Red Tettemer and Partners, gaining experience across several categories including automotive and tourism.
Diana graduated from University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and International Business. She resides in Haddonfield, NJ with her husband, Brian, and 2 year-old daughter, Olivia.
