Edie Meyer is Service Delivery and Assurance Director with Time Warner Cable. In this capacity, she directs Time Warner Cable’s largest centralized dispatch and technical operations support organization located in Southern California. Edie leads teams that are for responsible for network surveillance and event management, labor and activity planning for all field operations, dispatch operations, system administration for field operations tools and Level 2 technical support for field technicians. She also created the Technical Support Center model and centralized all the technical operations support functions.
Edie has over 20 years of very successful diverse operations experience including Regional Customer Experience Director at Time Warner Cable, Customer Care Director at Comcast and PMO Director. Additionally, she led several enterprise cross-functional process and customer experience improvement projects. Edie is known for her leadership and project management skills, teamwork, and for obtaining results.
Edie received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University. She is also a member of WICT and SCTE. Edie lives in Los Angeles, CA with her husband, Bob and 2 children.
