Elizabeth Clark

Elizabeth is a Director of Employee Engagement at Comcast where she partners with leaders to provide coaching and best practices related to a range of employee engagement topics, including reward and recognition, building a diverse and inclusive culture, fostering psychological safety, and promoting work life balance.  Working with leaders to understand their unique business challenges, team dynamics, and personal background to help engage and empower them is a hugely rewarding experience for Elizabeth.

Prior to joining Comcast, Elizabeth spent 8 years in the Automotive segment with Ford Motor Company in a range of roles including supporting plant operations as a Labor Relations Representative at a vehicle assembly plant, an HR Business Partner in Recruiting supporting campus recruiting programs, and as an HR generalist supporting Ford’s product development & design teams.

As a leader, Elizabeth is passionate about upskilling and energizing individuals to build organic momentum within the organization.  She has a strong interest in organizational effectiveness through the lens of meeting individuals and teams where they are and helping to move them incrementally forward – realizing that no individual or team has the same needs, and only through understanding their unique personal and professional needs can we truly help move them, and the organization, to the next level.

Elizabeth attended Michigan State University with a focus on Psychology and Women’s Studies, and holds a Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.  In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys painting, kayaking, and spending time with her family.
