Elizabeth Coffey has over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of technology and business to deliver complex projects on time and budget.
In her current role, as Director of Technology Customer Account Management at Cox Communications, she serves as the primary Technology point of contact responsible for the day-to-day relationship management for the Converged Services and Wireless Product Teams. Partnering with senior business and technology leaders, Elizabeth helps drive project/program scoping, initiative sequencing, and management of technology financial portfolios to insure alignment with overall Cox strategic direction. In addition to strategic planning and relationship management, Elizabeth is responsible for directing a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts that support project delivery for both the Residential and Commercial lines of business.
Prior to joining Cox Communications, Elizabeth worked with the management consultancy Accenture, tackling strategic and operational challenges facing the nation’s top banking and brokerage companies. Elizabeth began her career in manufacturing at Milliken & Company as Department Manager overseeing the production of elastic fabrics.
Elizabeth holds an MBA from Brenau University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Eckerd College. Currently residing in Atlanta, she spends her free time with her family and volunteering in her community.
