Beth Rhatigan is a Senior Director of Strategic Analytics within Enterprise Business Intelligence at Comcast. In this role, she leads a team of analysts who use complex data sets and advanced analytic techniques to inform critical business decisions. Her scope of work is focused on Product Experience across Xfinity Internet, Mobile, Home, and Streaming services. In her 5 years at Comcast, she has answered key questions about churn reduction, customer segmentation, adoption of products and features, and program measurement. She has also developed her department’s new hire onboarding program and launched a speaker series featuring senior female leaders within the company.
Prior to joining Comcast, Beth spent 14 years working in pharmaceutical consulting at IQVIA (formerly IMS Health). Her roles there spanned Analytics, Project Management, and Business Development, with a primary focus on using big data to drive consumer media targeting, optimization, and measurement.
Beth graduated from Bucknell University and currently resides in Philadelphia, PA with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys running, traveling, reading non-fiction, and exploring the city with her dog
