Erika Hill has 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and production industries, and is currently a Director of Marketing Communications at the Central Division Comcast cable unit of Comcast NBCUniversal.
As a Marketing Strategist, Erika oversees Marcom planning and development and works with teams across the 13-state Division footprint to optimize Marcom spend towards budgeted goals and media efficiencies. Her contributions have supported marketing strategies that have successfully driven Central Division’s continued profitable growth over the last three years, and she continues to work to optimize this space within the ever changing landscape of modern telecommunications.
Prior to Comcast, Erika worked in sports and television production, managing multiple tactical channel creative development campaigns, earning an Emmy nomination for campaign creations and an Emmy win for sports production writing. She is also an active member of WICT and has participated with ATAS, ACBA and WIFTA.
Erika has served as a volunteer for multicultural youth groups and as a mentor for teens for more than five years. A ‘Double Dawg’ who attended the University of Georgia, Erika graduated with a double major in Political Science and English, and a Law Degree from the University of Georgia’s prestigious law school, where she worked with the legal aid clinic and an ESL support program.
