Eva Hiltner is Vice President, Viacom Brand Solutions (VBS) Global, MTV Networks International. VBS is a network of marketing and business development teams that represents Viacom’s worldwide portfolio of assets dedicated to creating customized solutions for marketers. Based in New York, she is responsible for the account management of all VBS Global clients and partnerships from ideation to execution. In this capacity she leads a team charged with creating bespoke opportunities. Hiltner and her team develop and oversee the execution of these strategies and manage the ongoing client relationships. Most recently her team has worked on key accounts such as MOTOROLA, HP, Xbox and McDonald’s. Hiltner was promoted to Vice President earlier this year. In her new role she works closely with MTVN’s Top 100 clients and the other VBS teams to maximize the potential of these partnerships. Prior to this position, she was Director, Client Services, for MTVN’s International Marketing Partnerships Team. Hiltner has had a relationship with MTVN since 1995, with stints in London, Hamburg, Milan and New York. During this period she created the Client Services team for MTVN Europe’s VBS team, which focuses on pan-European opportunities. She took a brief break from the company in 2003 to found a marketing and public relations agency in Milan, before being lured back to MTVN, and her current posting in New York. Hiltner has an appreciation for Slow Food, an interest in travel and world politics, and loves the outdoors. She is fluent in English, German, and Italian. She graduated from London with a BA in European Studies.
