Faye Williams is a Retail Sales Manager for Suddenlink Communications in Alexandria, Louisiana. She currently oversees the sales and support operations for two locations, leading a team of 11 associates. Faye studied at Delta Business College and entered a management role shortly after.
Faye’s expertise in the Telecommunications industry spans over 17 years. She began her career as a Customer Service Representative for TCA Cable. Within six months, she became the trainer for newly-hired customer service agents. She was promoted to Interim Office Manager for one year before applying and receiving the official position of Office Manager. After six years in that position, she became the Retail Sales Manager.
During her time in leadership, Faye’s branches have been recognized as holding the highest Net Promoter Score in the company for 2008, 2009, and recently for 2015. She’s helped to achieve the Best Stores Sales Innovator Award in 2013, Best Sales Collaboration Award in 2013, and has led her team to Suddenlink’s Expert Summit and President’s Club for their high performance.
She is an active participant in the Central Louisiana Food Bank, as well as a team leader for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. She also is a contributor to Go Red for Women with the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society.
Faye is an engaging and motivated professional who leads with integrity and compassion. She takes great pride in the rapport she has built within her teams over the years, and attributes much of her success to their open and honest communication.
