Gina Mulvey is the Director of Field Marketing and Ad Sales East for the NBC TV Networks Distribution group at NBC Universal. She is responsible for managing marketing and local ad sales initiatives across the East Coast and has oversight of 15 of the top 30 markets including New York City, Philadelphia, Boston, and Miami. Most recently, Mulvey was instrumental in sell-in of NBCU network priorities including Bravo’s “Top Chef” Tour and USA Network’s “Character Project.” Prior to her current role, Mulvey served as a Field Marketing Manager, East, for NBC TV Networks Distribution after re-joining the company from Digitas, where she served as a Marketing Project Manager from 2006-2007. Before that, Mulvey worked as a Marketing Manager for Telemundo International, where she drove the division’s external media communications efforts.
A member of General Electric’s (GE) Communication Leadership Development Program (CLDP) from 2004-2006, Mulvey held several marketing and public relations roles across numerous GE business areas including Healthcare, GE Advanced materials and GE Insurance Solutions. She first joined NBC Cable as a Coordinator in 2002 after serving as an intern for both mun2 and Telemundo in 2001.
An active community member, Mulvey serves as a Board Member of CTAM NY and as Treasurer of CTAM Florida. She is also a member of NAMIC (National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications) and WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications).
She currently resides in New York City with her husband.
