Gracie Mercado is the Human Resources Manager for the YES Network, responsible for recruitment, employee relations, philanthropy, rewards & recognition and performance management. Since joining YES in 2007, Gracie has developed and implemented the YES Network’s "Rewards and Recognition" program, which acknowledges the performance and contributions of outstanding employees. In addition, she has also expanded the company’s charitable efforts to include direct involvement by employees.
Prior to joining YES, Gracie was Human Resources Business Manager with Polo Ralph Lauren, where she oversaw the hiring of more than 1,100 contract employees, and she earlier was a financial analyst at Coach, Inc. Gracie graduated from the University at Albany (SUNY) with a Bachelor of Arts in English with Honors. She resides in New York City and is actively involved in her community as a team leader for NY Cares.
