Harika Guddanti is Senior Manager for Marketing Analytics of National Hispanic marketing as well as Southwest Region Cox Communications.
Harika’s career includes more than 8 years of deep expertise in advanced statistical models. Her background includes experience in Marketing, Sales, Finance and Consumer data insights. Prior to joining Cox, Harika worked in the role of Senior Credit Risk Analyst at HSBC Credit Card Services and as Industrial Engineer at Polymicro Technologies.
Harika leads the Marketing analytics and reporting function for optimizing ROI from acquisition and retention campaigns. She is also responsible for creating holistic strategies utilizing her expertise in data analysis and insights. She is a strong leader who has built world class analytics teams.
Harika holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Certificate in Six Sigma Black Belt and Applied Statistics from Arizona State University and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
During free time, Harika enjoys going on long hikes with her husband, running, gardening and painting.
