Harriet Thomas is an Analyst III at Suddenlink
Communications in St. Louis, MO. She is
part of the team that supports the BSS/OSS platforms at Suddenlink, and is
specifically responsible for the integration solutions between the
billing/ordering system and the provisioning platforms Suddenlink uses for
their data and telephony products.
Harriet joined Suddenlink Communications in September of
2013 after beginning her cable career in at Time Warner Cable in 2006. There she worked in various billing positions
including Midwest Regional Billing Manager.
During her time at Suddenlink, she has expanded her area of expertise to
include SQL programming, Linux support, and Data Modeling where she has been a
key player on her support team.
Harriet holds an Associate’s degree in Computer Programming
from Stark State Technology College in North Canton, Ohio. She currently resides in St. Charles,
Missouri with her partner, has four adult children and one granddaughter. In her free time she enjoys traveling and
spending time with family and friends.
