Heather Baldino is vice president of network marketing and operations for Turner Network Sales (TNS), the domestic distribution, sales and marketing arm of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS, Inc.). In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of integrated national marketing initiatives, program management and reporting, and budget and accounting for the eleven Turner Networks—including CNN, TBS and Cartoon Network. She is based in Atlanta and reports to Coleman Breland, executive vice president, marketing and sales, TNS. A 15-year veteran of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS, Inc.), Baldino joined TNS in 1989 as a communications assistant. After obtaining positions in three divisions of TBS, Inc., beginning with TNS, followed by CNN Newsource and moving to Turner Home Satellite, she returned to TNS in December 1999 as director of News Marketing. In her current position, Baldino and her group play a vital strategic role in the aggressive distribution initiatives for all CNN News networks. Baldino earned a bachelor of science degree in journalism with a minor in political science at Ohio University.
