Helene Duphorn serves as a Director of Finance for Comcast’s Freedom Region, which employs approximately 5,500 individuals and serves more than two million customers in Greater Philadelphia, New Jersey and northern Delaware. In her current role, she serves as the Finance leader overseeing the region’s revenue assurance team while supporting the Care and retail organizations.
Helene is a seasoned employee with a diverse background. Helene started her career at Comcast working in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and branched off in 2001 to become Director of Business Operations, where she was responsible for the annual budget, forecast and long-range planning for the region’s first multi-skill contact center.
In 2016, Helene was a recipient of Comcast’s Circle of Success national team award for “Innovation in Customer Experience” for the design and launch of the Own It CHAT tool. Circle of Success is Comcast’s annual, national awards and event to recognize employees who go above and beyond to embody the Company’s Operating Principles, impact the customer experience, and innovate the Company’s products, services, and processes.
Helene served as an ERG co-chair for the Women’s Network during its regional launch in 2014 – 2016. As co-chair, Helene’s primary responsibility was to grow the ERG’s memberships while supporting various outreach events. Helene remains as an active member of the ERG.
Helene graduated from Immaculata University and lives in New Jersey with her husband and three children. Helene enjoys yoga, taking long walks with friends and spending time with her family.
