Hilary Bell currently
serves as Sr. Director of Operations and Business Planning for Viacom
International Media Networks (VIMN) Consumer Products with a focus on
streamlining business processes to maximize revenues across Nickelodeon and
MTV. Her responsibilities include category and partner performance analysis and
market sizing as well as working with the business development team on strategy
projects. In her eight years with VIMN, she has held several positions within
Operations and Finance specializing in all phases of business planning,
including strategy implementation, sales forecasting, financial reporting, and
information systems.
Prior to joining VIMN, she spent time at 20th Century Fox Studios, MGM Studios,
and Ann Taylor Inc. with positions in sales planning, category management, and
store planning.
Hilary graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in French
and Anthropology & Sociology. She currently resides in Manhattan with
her husband and their one year old daughter. In her spare time she enjoys
traveling, cooking, doing charity work, and relaxing with her family.
