Holly Fanelli

Holly Fanelli is an Engineering Project Manager for Comcast’s Product Application Services organization.  In her current role, she is responsible for reducing single points of failure and unlocking silo’ed knowledge, as well as challenging and simplifying processes within Comcast to ensure they add tangible value. Holly works with a cross functional executive team to improve the change management process, tooling and training.  Holly also facilitates a team of system administrators within PAS to research, establish and communicate operational policies and best practices for the entire organization.

Holly has over 15 years of technology operations, project management, communications and leadership experience.  Prior to joining Comcast, she served as IT Director for a startup company in the health care industry, held IT consulting positions for several non-profit organizations and spent 10 years handling operations support for Fannie Mae.  Outside her core position at Comcast, Holly founded and continues to facilitate a women’s forum and a mentoring program for the Reston office. She has also been instrumental in planning and executing a yearly Product Engineering women’s forum conference. Additionally, when the Reston office needed a sponsor for a Comcast Cares Day event, Holly stepped up to fill the gap.

Holly is active in the community and women’s groups, and she serves on the board for the DC/Baltimore chapter of WICT.  Holly’s hobbies include road biking, walking her dog and taking her Jeep off road.
