Iris Soto-Cruz is the bilingual contact center manager of customer service for Cablevision. In this role, Mrs. Iris Soto-Cruz prides herself as an innate leader in promoting innovation, uncovering drive, and determination in employees, promoting robust communication between teams, identifying root causes, and making recommendations in processes, procedures, and policies.
Mrs. Iris Soto-Cruz’s team is responsible for managing all phases of services provided by the contact center representatives, ensuring contact quality within the center in a cost effective manner.
Mrs. Iris Soto-Cruz began her tenure at Cablevision in early 2004 as a customer service supervisor and was promoted to manager soon thereafter.
Prior to joining Cablevision, she held various positions in the front line of customer service for 12 years at Verizon in the bilingual small business expanding customer base by creating products and services tailored to the Hispanic community; as well as managing business accounts in the financial district prevent account fall out, and generate exceptional processes that would enhance customer relations.
Beyond the workplace, Mrs. Soto-Cruz volunteers at a women’s crisis shelter portraying a clown to cheer up children; as well as, face-painting during hospital family health fairs. She resides in the Bronx where she recently married her long time love of 20 years and raises her stepdaughter. Currently, she is training for the 2015 TD five boro bike tour held in NYC on behalf of a local homeless shelter.
