Janice Roberts is senior vice president of field services at Cox Communications, Inc. She joined Cox in 2011 as vice president of field services. Roberts is responsible for strategy development and execution, and overseeing the enterprise operations for installation and service delivery of Cox video, voice, data, and home security & automation services for residential and commercial customers.
Roberts, who has more than 25 years of experience in the Communications industry, began her career with AT&T (formerly BellSouth) as an engineer. She also spent over 10 years working for Accenture in their Communications & High Technology industry vertical where she was responsible for management and IT consulting to Fortune 100 companies.
Roberts is active in her community and supports a number of non-profit organizations. She is a member of the National Association of University Women-Atlanta, past finance committee chair and treasurer, and currently serves as second vice president and member of the Executive Board.
Roberts received her B.S. degree in civil engineering from Clemson University and her MBA degree from Kennesaw State University, Michael J. Coles College of Business. She resides with her husband, Jesse, in Marietta, Georgia.
