Jean is the Corporate Senior Director of Advanced Advertising Operations for Time Warner Cable’s Media business unit. Jean serves as the subject matter expert and operational driver of all advanced advertising products developed and deployed across the national TWC footprint for both local/regional/national sales and Canoe Ventures LLC.
Jean’s team is responsible for defining, testing, trialing and operationalizing all digital products that impact the national and video engineering systems. Over the past year her team drove the deployment of the EBIF platform to over 5 million households which represented 26 markets across the TWC footprint in complete collaboration with deployment and field operations.
Jean was hired by Time Warner Cable Media close to 8 years ago to lead the development, design and maintenance of a regional operations center supporting the Northeast and Maine sales, finance, marketing and production functions consisting of over 250 Media employees. This role included directing the IT support, stewardship, sales automation and technical execution of over $100 million in advertising revenue which was accomplished by successfully leading a team of 35+ managers and employees. During her tenure as the Operational Leader of the Northeast Region for TWC Media, Jean pioneered the initial launch of interactive television technologies in four divisions across the Northeast.
Jean graduated from the State University Collage at Oneonta with a Bachelor of Science degree and presently resides in the Albany area of upstate NY with her 17 year old son Daniel.
