Jennifer Ashooh is a Sr. Manager of Human Resources for Comcast’s Greater Boston Region in their Northeast Division. In this role, she is responsible for the strategy, implementation and execution of all Human Resources projects and initiatives across the 5,000-employee region as well as leading key Employee Engagement strategies.
Jennifer has over 15 years of human resources and leadership experience. She joined Comcast in 2004 as a Human Resources Business Partner and worked in this capacity for the last 8 year and successfully evolved into this newly created Business Process Excellence project manager role over the last two years. Prior to working at Comcast, Jennifer held other human resources positions in various industries such as Insurance and Hospitality. She holds a Masters degree in Human Resources from Rivier College in New Hampshire and a Bachelors of Science from the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business and Economics. Jennifer has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) since 1999.
Jennifer is an active member on various committees and board of directors and enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two children.
