Jennifer Ferguson is a Director of Human Resources for Engineering and Platform Services, a division of Comcast Cable. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for organizational change management, talent management, employee engagement, leadership development and performance management programs. Jennifer began her career on the programming side of the business over 10 years ago and now supports the fast-paced and rapidly growing Wholesale business along with providing employee relations support across the entire Engineering and Platform Services organization. During her 10 years with Comcast, she has worked with her team to implement strategic HR initiatives within Comcast Wholesale and other parts of Comcast, including retention strategy, succession planning, and flexible work programs. Most recently she led a large scale performance management initiative where her team was charged with revamping performance management for the entire business unit.
Jennifer is a native of Colorado and attended the University of Denver, where she earned a Bachelor of Music degree. After graduating from the University of Denver, Jennifer spent time working in New York and then Oregon for a few years. Jennifer enjoyed the experience of living and working on both coasts, but ultimately decided to settle back in her home state of Colorado where she and her husband are raising two amazing daughters.
