Jennifer Kuhn is the Manager of Human Resources for Central Division Business Services at Comcast. She supports over 500 Sales and Retention employees in the Horsham, Pennsylvania call center. In her role, she is responsible for leading employee-related strategy, operations and activities. She provides counsel and leads all efforts with management on employee relations, performance management, employment law compliance, affirmative action, policy interpretation, compensation and benefits.
She also coordinates all activities for perennial events, volunteer and community programs. This includes Comcast Cares Day, where she has served as a project lead for the past three years.
Jennifer has been with Comcast for three years and is new to the cable industry. Prior to joining Comcast, she worked as an HR professional in the manufacturing industry for over nine years.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Wilmington University. She also has her PHR certification and is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner. Jennifer is a national member of SHRM and a member of the local chapter, Philly SHRM. She is a new member of WICT.
