Jennifer leads a dynamic and energetic team of sales engineers supporting the enterprise sales efforts for Comcast Business in California. Jennifer’s team assists in winning new business and support of existing businesses by combining technical knowledge with sales skills to design network solutions in response to customer’s current and future requirements.
Jen began her career in the IT department at LabCorp in San Diego as a tape librarian and data processor. During a time when the company phone system was an "addition" to an administrator’s job Jen was given the opportunity to learn and maintain the systems. Jennifer’s fascination and interest in piecing together complex problems led her to the outsourced call center business then to Sales Engineering. In her role at Intek Information Systems Jennifer’s primary focus was meeting with clients, reviewing their needs for present and future state to design solutions to route sales calls to maximize business. With 15 years in the Telecommunications industry Jen came to Comcast in 2010 as an Enterprise Sales Engineer to launch the Central California market for Comcast Business. Three years later Jen was promoted to manage the Sales Engineering Team.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Sonoma State University and a Certificate in Telecommunications from San Diego State. Jennifer continues to seek educational opportunities to better herself and her team.
Jennifer and her daughter look forward to volunteering for Comcast Cares Day each year to be a part of bettering the schools in their community. To create a balance between work and family Jennifer enjoys taking yoga and Pilate’s classes. Jennifer lives in El Dorado Hills with her husband Eric, and children Hugh and Meg.
