Jennifer Rosson is a Senior Manager of Process and OSS (Network Operations) at Comcast. In this role, Jennifer executes on organizational vision through sound strategy development of processes, tools and employee engagement opportunities. Leading the charge for Northeast Division, Jennifer partners with fellow Leaders within her Division and across Comcast to drive process and tools innovations throughout the enterprise.
In the past year, Jennifer led a future-facing virtualization effort, launching the first Virtual Network Operations team within Comcast, composed of employees from 2 network functions as well as the Process, Tools and Leader functions. With innovation and collaboration at the forefront, she leads by engaging employees through real-time feedback cycles and shared ownership of business tools and processes. Jennifer continually works to build her leadership and knowledge portfolio: in 2018, she graduated from the Women Unlimited LEAD program and earlier this year, she became a Certified Scrum Master.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, reading, baking, yoga & meditation and outdoor activities including hiking, biking and kayaking. She lives in State College, PA with her beau Mike and Calvin Klein, her 10-year-old Toy Fox Terrier.
