Jessica Noble

Jessica is the Customer Service Manager for Cable ONE’s largest system located in Boise, Idaho. She oversees the Customer Service Department, and has led the Customer Service team to consistently exceed Cable ONE’s quantitative and qualitative objectives. Through her leadership in implementing best practices, managing change, communicating key performance trends, developing action plans to address opportunities for improvement, and planning and coordinating Customer Service Representative training she has led the Boise, Cable One office to a top performing department in the Cable ONE System.


Jessica has participated on numerous committees within Cable ONE.  She has been involved in proactively developing and implementing systems that have produced desired results.  Jessica has a passion for associate development and enjoys mentoring and developing her team. She also is actively involved with the Idaho Cable Telecommunications Association.


Jessica holds a Business Administration degree from Boise State University in 200 and is active in her community.  Jessica participates in children’s youth groups, fundraising for local nonprofit organizations and volunteers at her twin daughter’s school. She resides in Boise Idaho with her husband and two daughters.
