Julia Bross has 30 years of experience leading, training and enabling large teams to meet and exceed sales, retention and customer service goals in the USA, UK, Ireland and South Africa. She has spent most of her career in Call Centers with a focus on operations, training, internal and external consulting. She has worked in the Cable industry for 20 years.
In her current role as Vice President of Care Sales and Retention Strategy for the Northeast Division, Julia is responsible for enabling 8,000 employees to meet and exceed their Sales and Retention performance goals. She and her team partner with the Regions to ensure training, leader engagement, product fluency, sales positioning, competitive knowledge and intelligence aligns to the overall strategic goals and drives an improved customer experience and business growth.
Julia lives in Hillsborough, NH with her husband Robert and has two sons and three granddaughters ranging from three to newborns! She has a passion for the outdoors, fishing, swimming and boating.
