I am a 24-year entertainment executive who designed and built an award-winning HR department with best-practice talent management, M&A, diversity and career development functions at HGTV/Scripps Networks Interactive. During that time, I discovered my passion for coaching and subsequently opened my own firm, Cookson Management Consulting. I find it immensely rewarding to be a catalyst for change by partnering, asking powerful questions and being in the moment to help clients transform their lives and reach their most important goals! I am an ACC-certified Coach and hold my Professional, Human Resources (PHR) through the HR Certification Institute.
