Julie Pozel has 23 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, serving in several leadership roles, most recently as a manager in the Billing Call Center, Comcast-West Division. In addition to engaging a team of 130 direct and indirect reports, Julie’s focus is in Recruitment, New Hire training and development.
Prior to this role, Julie has acted in the capacity of Supervisor- Call Center; mixed queues and Support Central, Supervisor- Executive Escalations and Supervisor-Retail Operations.
Outside of work Julie enjoys volunteering in her community as an ESL tutor, and is a passionate advocate for the advancement of programs promoting literacy.
Julie graduated Cum Laude from St. Cloud State MN with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications.
