Julie Silver is a Product Sales Support and Analysis Manager who believes in the power of training, communication and best in class customer service. She has over 15 years of experience as an accomplished sales, operations and marketing professional with a keen understanding of market dynamics that impact revenue.
She began her journey in technology and telecommunications as a support renewal specialist negotiating large support contracts with Fortune 1000 companies. Julie currently works in Carrier Services, one of the fastest growing teams within Comcast Business. In her current role, she manages onboarding of new telecom customers, ensuring the legal framework, systems requirements and operational expectations are met and implemented. She identifies areas of improvement working with internal teams to implement process and system enhancements to drive sales and revenue growth.
Julie knows the value of discipline, hard work, goal setting and a positive attitude. These values were instilled at an early age through years of competitive karate and aikido training. She is a black belt in Isshin Ryu Karate.
She received her education at Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and International Business.
Julie lives in New Jersey and enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her family.
