Juliet Abruzzese is a Manager in Talent Acquisition at Comcast supporting the Consumer Services organization, which includes Sales and Marketing, Xfinity Services, our Digital Center of Excellence, as well as the new Xfinity Mobile product. Juliet joined Comcast in 2014 as a recruiter and has progressed in her organization, now managing a small team that supports over 400 annual hires. In addition to recruitment, Juliet is a Design Thinking practitioner at Comcast. She has developed, launched and managed several design programs across the organization, supporting enterprise initiatives like military hiring, HR simplification, and internal candidate experience.
Prior to Comcast, Juliet started her HR career in executive search, working with Fortune 500 and large private equity organizations on retained HR leadership searches. Juliet is a graduate of Penn State University, majoring in Music as a violinist and minor in Business. She is a graduate of the Comcast early career leadership development program, Developing the Leadership Mindset. She is a Certified Veteran Recruiter and has completed coursework at various institutions on design thinking and ADKAR/Prosci methodologies.
Juliet resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband and two small children. She enjoys gardening, hosting parties, and being a mom.
