Kate Rozen

Kate Rozen is Senior Director, Brand Strategy for Time Warner Cable.  In her role, Kate oversees the Visual Identity, Naming and Messaging for the Time Warner Cable brand.  Kate has been with TWC for nearly 5 years and is based in NYC in their corporate office.

Kate began her career in the advertising industry and spent a decade at large firms such as BBDO, Ogilvy and Leo Burnett.  During her tenure, she worked on large businesses such as Pepsi, IBM, Motorola, Gillette, Lenovo and Samsung.  She worked mostly on global businesses and created some memorable work, like bringing back the “Pepsi Challenge” in 2000 and the “Hello Moto” campaign for Motorola.

Kate is involved with cable industry associations such as Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and Cable Television Association for Marketers’ (CTAM), having served on the CTAM New York board.  She recently joined TWC’s first formal Mentoring program as a Mentor to a new rising star. 

Kate graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and a Concentration in Anthropology.  She also studied abroad in London and worked at Abbott Mead Vickers/BBDO while there.  Kate is an active Boston University alumni participating in several speaker/panel events and providing help and mentorship to recent graduates.

Kate splits her home base between Connecticut and Florida, where her fiancé Geof lives.  They will be married in September.
