Katherin Salinas is a new Manager of Enterprise Client Accounts at Comcast Business. Her team is the billing point of contact for high profile, complex accounts. The team performs reviews/audits to proactively identify invoicing issues. They perform root cause analyses on all issues found and communicates findings, mitigation steps and resolution steps to customers and leadership. They also collaborate cross-functionally to propose and manage creative solutions to continuously improve internal processes, data integrity, and the overall customer experience.
Prior to joining Comcast, Katherin was an Internal Auditor at PwC. In that role, she gained SOX 404 experience including evaluating clients’ internal control environment by analyzing the design and operating effectiveness of controls in various business cycles to identify key financial and operational risks/issues.
Katherin attended Temple University, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. In her free time, Katherin enjoys traveling, staying active and exploring new recipes.
