Kathy Chamberlin

​Kathy Chamberlain joined Time Warner Cable as a customer service agent in Columbus, Ohio, more than 25 years ago. She rose through the ranks, being promoted to customer service Manager in 1995 and to Director of customer service in 1999. She became Vice President of customer service for the Mid-Ohio Division in 2004.
In 2010 Chamberlain was named Vice President, customer care and fulfillment, Time Warner Cable Business Class, Midwest Division, the business-to-business arm of Time Warner Cable.   She also served as Director of Technical Support for the Midwest Market before being named Vice President of Care for the Midwest Market in December of 2013.

 

Chamberlain’s tenure at Time Warner Cable has been one marked by continual improvements in customer service. Her efforts have been recognized nationally, earning Time Warner Cable multiple awards including the National Cable Telecommunications Association Seal of Customer Excellence.

 

With her top-performing record in leading Mid-Ohio’s residential customer service, her role was expanded to include customer support operations for the the company’s fast- growing Business Class segment.  As current Vice President of the Midwest Market, Chamberlain leads a team of over 2600 employees across five states, servicing over 3 million customers.

 

A Columbus native, Chamberlain completed business management classes at Columbus State Community College and Ohio Dominican University in Columbus. Chamberlain attended the Time Warner Finance Seminar at the University of Denver, the Time Warner Cable Leading for Results Executive Program, the Executive Management Program at the Harvard Business School in Boston, the SCTE Leadership program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and the Step Forward Women’s Executive Leadership program at Time Warner Cable.

 

Chamberlain is a member of the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) and the Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT).  She previously served on the board of The Literacy Initiative and BalletMet of Columbus.  She currently works with CHOICES, a local shelter servicing central Ohio victims of domestic violence.

 

Chamberlain has three children – Braden of Columbus, Audra of Washington, D.C. and Chase of Hilliard. She also has a 12-year-old grandson, Airen, and a 15 month old granddaughter, Madeleine.
