Kavana Rudresh is currently a Manager, Strategic Analytics for Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) within the Xfinity Consumer Services group at Comcast. In her role, she leverages advanced analytics to inform critical business decisions. Her focus is on providing insights and recommendations about Comcast’s video products and customers. Some of her notable projects include product segmentation to identify how customers use multiple products, measuring the impact of products on customer churn, and understanding the impact of video programming changes.
Kavana joined Comcast as a Senior Analyst in March 2018 soon after completing her Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Columbia University in New York. She also has prior experience working on analytical consulting projects in healthcare, finance and grocery-subscription industries.
Kavana is passionate about data and technology, and enjoys researching and learning about new analytic methodologies. In her free time, she enjoys reading crime novels, binging the latest TV shows, and exploring new cities/restaurants.
