Kelly Devine is celebrating her 15th anniversary with Comcast this year, most recently as Marketing Manager for the Freedom Region covering greater Philadelphia and New Jersey. In her role, she strategizes customer acquisition efforts and negotiates sponsorships. In 2021, Kelly’s focus area expanded to include product education and advocacy.
Kelly started her career in journalism as a staff reporter before joining Comcast’s Central PA Region as an internal communications professional. She transitioned from marketing operations to MarCom and marketing strategy, and to the Keystone and then Freedom Regions.
At Comcast, she’s held leadership roles in the region’s Sustainability Council and Young Professionals Network. She is active in the greater Philadelphia chapter of WICT, and previously served on the board.
In 2014, Kelly was a recipient of Comcast’s Circle of Success national team award for “employee ownership” for her role managing the IPTV launch at the company’s second largest Xfinity On Campus school. In 2015, she graduated from the Northeast Division class of the Linked to Leadership program. And in 2017, the Forum of Executive Women Philadelphia honored Kelly with their Emerging Woman Leader award.
Kelly currently serves on her town’s zoning hearing board and Democratic committee, both of which she formerly chaired. She previously ran for PA State Representative and served as president of the Montgomery County Young Democrats. A Penn State graduate, Kelly lives in Norristown, PA with her boyfriend and cats, Pickles and Patches.
