Kimberly Birk

Kim Birk is a Manager of Human Resources, supporting Central Division Inside Sales team for Comcast Business.  Kim has more than 5 years of experience in Human Resources strategy, supporting multiple organizations, including Finance, IT, Network Planning, and Sales.  Prior to Human Resources, her background was primarily in Recruiting.

In her current role, Kim focuses on partnering with business leaders in areas of strategic alignment and planning, employee relations, leadership development, and general human resources.  Within her year and a half at Comcast, she has provided the training and execution of new performance management strategy and systems for various levels of leadership, driven multiple transformation initiatives, as well as helped develop and implement an onboarding strategy for new leaders.

Before joining Comcast, Kim was with Verizon, where she was charged with ramping up the Finance Transformation initiative in Tulsa, OK and shortly after, drove successful results of a full reorganization across multiple IT functions.  She also spent a year with Dean Foods, a manufacturing company, where she ran a successful effort with the labor team on a labor election.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Administration in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, and preparing for their new addition, a baby girl, in the fall.
