Kimberly Lipscomb is the Senior Manager for Business Enablement at Cox Media.
In her current role, Kimberly facilitates key initiatives by ensuring the appropriate processes, resources and technology are identified. She leads a team responsible for partnering with project owners to discuss business challenges, evaluate solutions and steward from idea to organizational benefit.
After spending her career implementing complex initiative, Kimberly believes her pillars to success are – collaboration, planning and listening to your team.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Georgia Southern University and proudly served in the United States Army.
Outside the office, Kimberly is a true soccer mom, and spends most weekends at soccer fields supporting her son. She lives in Alpharetta GA with her husband and son.
