Kimberly has been a marketing expert in the cable industry for over 20 years, successfully launching award winning consumer campaigns, integrated executions as project lead. She is also passionate about cultivating inclusive workplace culture as a leader in multiple Employee Resource Groups. In her current role as Sr. Project Manager at A+E Networks, Kimberly is responsible for managing and expanding Direct to Consumer and Subscription Video on Demand streaming businesses. She collaborates with colleagues across the globe to deliver thousands of premium assets to platform partners as well as develop and streamline workflow processes for her business unit.
Kimberly is a leader in the company’s Multicultural Advisory Council (MAC). An elite group chosen to review and vet all company content to ensure it is diverse, culturally inclusive and authentic. She is also co-founder and group lead for Active Community of Thrivers for the company’s breast cancer survivors and is a co-leader of the marketing department’s Brand Cultural Engagement Team to cultivate team bonding by providing mental health/wellness opportunities and educational experiences to increase workplace performance.
Kimberly has been with A+E Networks since 2012 where she started out as a PM on the History Brand Marketing team. Her previous experience includes marketing roles with HBO and MTV Networks. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Long Island University in Brooklyn NY.
She is very social, loves daily workouts and explores her creativity through cooking. Kimberly lives in the northern New Jersey area with her youngest son who is a recent college grad.
