Since joining BendBroadband in 2001, Krista has contributed to senior staff as a strategic partner in the overall operations of the organization. Krista has 18 years of experience and education in human resources and is responsible for directing the full scope of HR activities. She is a progressive leader working with cross functional teams to launch new initiatives that further the development of teams, leaders, and our culture. It is thanks to the strength of BendBroadband’s culture, Krista believes, that the company is able to attract, develop and retain a high-functioning workforce. An active member in the HR field and the telecommunications industry, Krista serves on the boards of directors of the Human Resource Association of Central Oregon and the Central Oregon Employers Council. She is also a member of the Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association, Women in Cable Telecommunications, and the Society for Human Resource Management. SHRM’s Central Oregon’s Chapter recognized Krista as the HR Professional of the Year for 2013.
