Kristin Savoy is the Director of Inbound Sales for Time Warner Cable based in Albany, NY. She has almost a decade of experience in the Cable/Telecommunications Industry. Kristin began her leadership career in the Media Sales Division of Time Warner Cable. She transitioned to a Manager role with the Customer Support Operations team, and a year later her role expanded to include the Collections Department. Kristin’s career transitioned to the Inbound Sales Group in 2012, where she served as a Manager and now Director of the Inbound Sales team.
Kristin’s area of responsibility includes oversight of 4 Managers, 20 Supervisors, and 250 Sales Agents.
She is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of sales strategy for the inbound sales channel; compensation planning; sales coaching, and managing YoY double-digit revenue growth goals.
Kristin is a proven leader in the development and implementation of a positive, winning, sales culture. She has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, improving yields by 50% YoY.
Kristin is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and employee satisfaction. She regularly facilitates employee feedback sessions to remain in touch with the front line employees and to drive a positive performance driven culture.
Kristin has been a member of WICT since 2009. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance from SUNY Empire State College.
