Lauren Johnson is the Regional Sales Manager for Web Platforms at Cisco. Her team supports some of Cisco’s most exciting and technologically complex web clients. Lauren supports 6 account managers, 8 engineers and 20+ extended team members placed across the globe. Previously, Lauren was the lead account manager for a large cloud software company and before that supported a Fortune 100 customer.
Prior to Cisco, Lauren worked in technology sales with a partner company where she focused on new account acquisition, landing various new logo clients for her firm including Tesla and Google Nest. Prior to that, she worked as a financial auditor for Deloitte. Lauren is passionate about helping others achieve greatness in sales, particularly those coming in from a different background. She has won various awards including Sales Champion, President’s Club, and Chairman’s Club, which is exclusive to the top 1% of Cisco’s salesforce.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Arizona where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Bear down! She currently mentors a Rwandan scholar whom she helped bring to the US for college as part of the SHE-CAN program. She has also done volunteer work for the San Francisco Animal Care & Control as well as the San Francisco Food Bank.
Lauren grew up in Phoenix, Arizona but has lived in San Francisco for the past 10 years. She lives with her husband, 1-year-old daughter, Elinor, and two rescue dogs. She enjoys live music, traveling, and exploring outside.
