She currently works in the vendor management team at Time Warner Cable and has successfully led cross-functional teams to launch new programs and sites in Latin America, Asia and South America. She previously managed the vendors in the Pacific west area, driving performance and call center metrics. She is focused on issue resolution, cross-functional communications and relationship building, often bridging the gap between internal and external teams. Prior to joining the vendor management team, she was a Process Manager for the former National Division at Time Warner Cable. In this capacity, she spearheaded several process improvement and standardization efforts, as well as managed multiple projects, including the launch of new billing system enhancements, channel lineups and standardization initiatives across the National footprint. Prior to her tenure at Time Warner Cable, she worked as a call center supervisor and subsequently as a Process & Operations manager. In the latter role, she established a team to centralize all operational training &procedures to develop reporting to drive metrics
In her spare time, she loves to read and spend time with family and friends. She loves cricket and football and is a Broncos and Pats fan. Recently, she has tapped into the creative part, writing short stories that draw on her Indian heritage. She hopes she can publish one day.
