Leah Soto

I currently serve as the Director of Business Process Effectiveness on the Operations Transformation team for Comcast Business.  In this role, I lead the program management, process analysis,  tools/system analysis and knowledge/change management for the customer support/Care workstreams for Comcast Business –  including Small/Medium business, Mid-Market and Enterprise customer segments.  My strengths include cross team collaboration, influencing, stakeholder readiness, and building strong relationships across the organization to drive best in class customer and agent experiences.

I started my Comcast journey 10 years ago as an analyst focusing on process standardization and efficiency across Comcast Business Care operations. Prior to joining Comcast, I spent 10 years in the financial services industry working on Six Sigma projects across all operational domains. I served as a Six Sigma training lead and mentor for new green belts within the organization.  

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.  I currently resides in a suburb of Philadelphia, where I enjoy spending time with my husband and three sons.
