Lisa Brodeth Carrick is the Vice President of Learning & Development for the New Jersey Region Campus of Comcast University. Comcast University is the center for performance improvement and learning and development for Comcast Cable Communications. In her position as Vice President, Ms. Brodeth Carrick oversees all learning and development initiatives within the New Jersey Region as well as with the main campus of Comcast University with the goal of working with the various business units within the company to maximize performance. Ms. Brodeth Carrick joined Comcast in 1994 as an Account Executive for the New Jersey Advertising Sales Department and was promoted to Area Director of Sales. A trainer, mentor and builder of great teams that always exceeded their goals, Ms. Brodeth Carrick has been the recipient of many sales awards including two Double Pinnacle Awards, two Pinnacle Awards for Leadership and the 2000 Award of Distinction. She is a graduate of the Comcast Executive Leadership Forum. She has been in the communications industry since 1980 and prior to joining Comcast, held positions with Petry Television and Harrington, Righter and Parsons. Ms. Brodeth Carrick is a member of the American Society For Training and Development, a member of Women In Cable Television, and a graduate of Leadership Shore, a program that highlights local leaders. In addition, Ms. Brodeth Carrick is a Girl Scout Leader and each year mentors a local High School student. Upon completion of the Honors Program at Hunter College, New York City, Ms. Brodeth Carrick earned her Bachelor’s Degree and the Scholar-Athlete of The Year Award. She resides in Middletown, New Jersey with her husband Bill and their two children, Devin Katharine and Michael Luc.
