Lisa Hall is the Director of Marketing Sciences and Research with the Northeast Division of Comcast. An accomplished professional with 25 years of experience in marketing analytics and direct marketing communications, Hall is responsible for directing a team of senior analysts and supporting a campaign calendar which reaches 16 million homes. Additionally, she is responsible developing and testing propensity and behavioral models, conducting market research, and analyzing marketing and media performance.
In her 9 year tenure with Comcast, Hall was instrumental in the development and implementation of a corporate wide Marketing process called "Closed Loop" which centralizes and standardizes the direct marketing process from target to performance reporting.
Prior to joining Comcast, Hall was the Vice President and co-owner of Luna Systems Corporation, a software development company. At Luna, Hall employed 10 software consultants who created database-driven financial applications for companies primarily in the insurance, automotive and professional sports industries.
Hall holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maine at Orono and participates in numerous cable industry associations, including the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM) and Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT). She is married with pets and lives in Southern New Hampshire.
