As Business Solution Executive for NetCracker, Lisa is part of the global business solutions and strategy team. Lisa Modisette is a seasoned technology and communications industry executive who has consulted and led customer experience initiatives for more than 30 years. She has domestic and international consulting, business development and marketing experience working with communications service providers across marketing, customer service, billing operations, sales distribution and product. Prior to joining NetCracker, she was EVP of Communications at Archer, a mobile customer engagement solution provider and Senior Consulting Partner and VP at Amdocs. Lisa also consulted to most leading European service providers and was Head of Segmentation and Market Research at Vodafone UK. She holds a BS from the University of Colorado with a concentration on business marketing and foreign languages.
