Lisabel Bobrow serves as Associate Counsel, Technology and Licensing, at Comcast Cable. In this role, she provides legal counsel to the Strategic Business Development and the Technology, Product, and Xperience organizations within Comcast Cable, primarily advising on matters related to technology and data licensing and intellectual property law. Lisabel drafts and negotiates a wide variety of contracts, including software licensing, software and technology development, lead generation, and data licensing agreements. She also provides legal support to RDK Management, LLC (a joint venture of Comcast, Liberty Global, and Charter Communications), which manages the Reference Design Kit, an open source software platform for IP-connected set-tops and broadband devices.
Lisabel earned her B.A. in Art History and English from Wake Forest University, and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. Lisabel lives in Philadelphia, PA with her husband.
