London is a manager within the Analytics Center of Excellence at Cox Communications. She and her team are responsible for developing strategic solutions to reduce cost and improve processes, while providing visibility and monitoring of actionable metrics to track these programs. In this role, London works with various teams across technology including Service Assurance, Engineering, and Outside Plant.
London graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. Prior to joining Cox, she worked at Coca-Cola Refreshments as an Industrial Engineer, then at Slalom as a consultant focused on data and visual analytics. Outside of work, London enjoys attending concerts, hiking, and traveling.
